These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zarven website and the purchase of Zarven eaux de parfum from Zarven Maison (“Zarven”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
1. The house
Zarven sells six 50ml eaux de parfum. We dispatch orders within Pakistan. For questions, write to [email protected].
2. Price
Each 50ml bottle is priced at PKR 3,500. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the product as described on its page. We may update prices on the site; the price charged is the price displayed at checkout when you place the order.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order (by email or message) or when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order if a fragrance is unavailable, if details are incomplete, or if we reasonably suspect misuse. You must be 18 years or older to order.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate name, phone number, and delivery address in Pakistan.
4. Payment
We currently accept:
- Cash on delivery (COD) — pay the courier in PKR when the parcel arrives.
- Bank transfer — we will share account details after the order is placed. Dispatch follows receipt of funds.
We do not store card numbers on this website.
5. Shipping
Shipping within Pakistan is complimentary on website orders. Delivery times depend on city and courier. Delays caused by incorrect addresses, refused parcels, or courier disruptions are outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (or on first failed delivery attempt if you refuse or cannot be reached after reasonable tries).
6. Product
Each listing describes concentration (eau de parfum), volume (50ml), and notes. Fragrance is personal: we describe the composition in good faith. Colour of the juice may vary slightly between batches. Always patch-test if you have sensitive skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
7. Website
Content, photography, names, and the Zarven mark are owned by Zarven or used with permission. You may not copy the catalogue for commercial use. The site is provided as available; we do not warrant uninterrupted access.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Pakistani law, Zarven is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for an order is limited to the PKR amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new Terms for future orders.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan shall hear disputes that cannot be resolved in writing with the atelier.
