This Privacy Policy explains what information Zarven Maison (“Zarven”, “we”) collects when you use our website, place an order, join the private list, or write to us. We process personal data in line with applicable Pakistani law, including the Personal Data Protection Bill framework as it applies to commercial use.
1. What we collect
- Orders: name, email, phone, delivery address, city, country, payment method, order notes, and the fragrances you buy.
- Contact form: name, email, subject, and message.
- Newsletter: email address, if you join the private list.
- On your device: the atelier bag is stored in your browser (local storage). We do not use that bag data on our servers until you checkout.
We do not ask for CNIC, card numbers, or CVV on this site.
2. Why we use it
- To confirm, pack, and dispatch your order, and to contact you about delivery or payment.
- To answer letters sent through the contact form.
- To send restock or atelier notes if you joined the private list (you may unsubscribe by writing to us).
- To keep a record of orders for accounting and dispute handling.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed: courier partners receive name, phone, and address to deliver; a bank sees transfer details you send; our hosting and database provider stores the site and order records. We may disclose information if required by Pakistani law or to protect the house against fraud.
4. How long we keep it
Order and contact records are kept as long as needed to fulfil the purchase, handle refunds, and meet tax or legal duties. Newsletter emails are kept until you ask to be removed.
5. Security
We use HTTPS on the live site and restrict access to the order database. No website is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords or card numbers by email.
6. Your requests
You may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected].
7. Children
This shop is not directed at children. We do not knowingly take orders from anyone under 18.
