If your fragrance arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel.
Unopened products
Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless faulty.
